New Features

• Array Transform 

Added a dynamic version of Rhino’s Array command.

 

• Custom Ribbon Toolbar Items

Users will have the ability to upload their own custom icon, use their own scripts for right click and left click functionality, and define the name and tooltip used for the item in the toolbar. These custom items are also compatible with the Quick Commands and Recent Commands Panels. 

 

• Rhino MCP

Users can now connect MatrixGold with local AI assistants. This connection gives them the ability to interact with and read the Rhino Document. 

 

• Pave

The new Pavé tool features an advanced algorithm designed to adapt seamlessly to freeform, non-symmetrical shapes. It supports multiple stone sizes, includes productivity shortcuts, and allows users to instantly recompute the layout until the desired result is achieved. Stones can also be locked in place, enabling recalculation of only the surrounding areas while preserving critical design elements.

 

• gvShow

Users can now show all gvHidden objects with a single command.

 

• SubD Category

Added a new Ribbon Toolbar Category for SubD tools.

• AngleCurve Command 

A new tool that allows users to create curves with points that are repeated in sections and arrayed around a common center point.

 

• AxisRotatedCurve Command

A new tool that behaves much like the AngleCurve command but mirrors the new points over an axis in the middle of the section.

 

• Append Inputs

Users can append objects to the current selection of a builder rather than having to reinput the original objects in addition to the new ones. 

 

• Viewport Widget

Users now have options for which object appears in the top right hand corner of the screen that serves as a directional indicator. New options include: Astronaut, Bust, Chair, Fighter Plane, Human, Earring, and Pendant.
